Summary

Join D2L as a Reporting Analyst, Revenue Operations to design, build, iterate, and maintain major and minor Reporting & Analytics initiatives for Sales and Sales Support teams. Contributions will directly impact major strategic Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role
  • Extensive experience with PowerBI, SQL, and data visualization tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with other analytics tools preferred but not required (I.e., Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in creating Executive-level and deep dive dashboards from a single data warehouse
  • Experience and comfortability with presenting and communicating with all levels of business
  • Demonstrated experience with Sales, Capacity, and Commission planning and modelling

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, iteration, and maintenance of major and minor Reporting & Analytics initiatives for Sales and Sales Support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful and insightful dashboards that effectively communicate business metrics and attainment against targets
  • Iterate and improve dashboards when necessary. Work with the Senior Reporting Analyst to build feedback loops and requirements gathering cadences with Sales Leaders and Front Line Managers to ensure that dashboards are always up-to-date with target metrics and relevant insights
  • Be proactive in flagging possible data issues. Work with the Senior Reporting Analyst to build and manage a review and maintenance cadence for all dashboards. Work with the IT Data Services team to build a review and maintenance cadence for the OI Warehouse
  • Work with senior leadership and Senior Reporting Analyst to provide data points and content for board reports. Be able to tell the story behind the data and provide commentary to account for data anomalies and trends
  • Build and maintain complex forecasting and planning models based on historical and current data that help to set targets and KPIs for yearly planning for sales and marketing groups
