Research and Data Administrator

Summary

Join Procore’s Lien Right Management Research team as a Premium Research and Data Administrator. Investigate construction project details, fill data gaps, and ensure database accuracy. Partner with internal data teams and construction companies to collect, verify, and update project information. Maintain and improve database accuracy using attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills. This remote or hybrid role reports to a research manager and requires immediate availability. Support data quality initiatives and contribute to process improvements. Deliver exceptional value to customers through accuracy and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys analytical thinking and troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a routine workflow and meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities

• Research and gather property and construction project information from online county websites and internal/external tools
• Communicate with customers and construction professionals via phone and email to verify or collect missing data
• Work under deadlines set by our service-level agreements (SLAs) with customers
• Enter updated or corrected job data into our internal database systems
• Resolve inaccuracies by validating or correcting data using independent research and customer interactions
• Support broader data quality initiatives by contributing to ongoing process improvements
