Join Third Bridge's Forum team as an Associate, contributing to the creation of impactful research for institutional investors. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging industry professionals for interviews, focusing on the Japan market within the Pan-Asia region. This involves conducting thorough research, building professional networks, and managing projects within tight deadlines. The role requires excellent communication and research skills, along with a proactive and team-oriented approach. Requirements

• A real interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with C-level industry experts on the phone
• Demonstrable skill in carrying out phone-based and desktop research with a logical and focused approach
• Self-motivated; a resourceful nature, with a diligent and proactive approach to work
• The ability to work well within a team, in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Positive and can-do attitude are essential
• The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively and reach assigned KPIs
• Obtained a score of >3.0 GPA if you’re a fresh graduate
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
• Bachelor degree or above

Responsibilities

• Perform research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region, focusing on the Japan market, to source and identify relevant individuals (C-level executives and practitioners) for moderated interviews
• Engage these individuals to invite them to participate in research, assessing the relevance of their insights and ensuring fees are within budget
• Build a professional network and monitor relevant markets/companies in assigned sector areas according to Forum content coverage strategies
• Work within tight deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience (0-2 years) is an advantage but not required; the level of experience may vary, but what matters is your curiosity, drive and ambition
• Immediate availability is desirable
