Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 3 years equivalent work experience in a recruiting environment
  • Healthcare staffing research experience preferred
  • Proven track record in research or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through attention to detail, adherence to processes, and effective time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn, effectively utilize, and master new technologies or tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with counterparts, management, clients, and internal departments
  • Strong record of target achievement (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.)
  • Collaborative and supportive with colleagues
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and implement research efforts and processes to ensure quality of client servicing is of the highest possible standard
  • Develop and apply sourcing paths to identify talent across the healthcare industry within various divisions or verticals based on each individual project
  • Leverage skills to focus on passive candidate sourcing utilizing a broad range of strategies including internal and external databases, job boards, social media, professional networking, and manual list building
  • Manage an account load of searches and achieve all individual quotas and goals
  • Conduct a strategic diversity sourcing process while abiding by and considering legal and ethical standards
  • Research and identify candidate skills, experience, educational paths, keywords, certifications, etc. for various roles
  • Participate in client introduction calls and update calls as needed to assist in setting up our recruitment strategies successfully and expeditiously
  • Document search strategy and conduct a follow-up review session to validate paths and proposed next steps
  • Provide ongoing research help for new path requests throughout each search project
  • Partner and work closely with recruitment team to help interact with potential prospects and aide in sourcing and other internal processes or projects
  • Expertly maneuver all tools, resources/subscriptions, and databases to identify candidates
  • Enter data/parse profiles of selected prospects into the internal database with accuracy and detail to maintain strict data governance standards
  • Advise and provide consultation and recommendations to recruitment team for effective sourcing strategies while employing creative problem-solving strategies to identify alternative solutions when previously established sourcing paths become stagnant
  • Contribute ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the recruitment department
  • Schedule and coordinate initial screening calls with candidates and recruitment team
  • Contribute to a vibrant, competitive, and supportive culture within the team where all team members focus on achieving success for their accounts
