Research Director

Summary

The job is for a Customer Enablement team member at Highlight, a fast-paced startup that provides an end-to-end agile product testing platform. Requirements

• 7+ years experience designing and executing research studies
• Strong solution design experience and experience implementing custom solutions for enterprise customers
• Deep understanding of product testing technologies/vendors, emerging research trends, and their business implications
• Experience in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Python

Responsibilities

• Oversee key account delivery and mentor junior researchers
• Lead research design and scoping for deals associated with highly technical buyers
• Partner with leaders in sales and marketing to come up with new, compelling ways to communicate the Highlight research and methodology point of view

• Starting salary for this position is ~$100,000 - $130,000
