Summary
The Research Scientist role at Transfr is responsible for managing research projects to evaluate the learning efficacy and product improvement of their simulations. The role requires a Ph.D. in education psychology, cognitive science, learning analytics, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience. The base salary is expected to be between $85,000 and $95,000, with additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance.

- 5+ years of industry experience; experience in education companies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage rigorous research to support learning efficacy and product improvement
- Contribute to the discovery and development of learning and analytical models and methods
- Capture progress and trends, and make appropriate recommendations and conclusions to improve Transfr products
Benefits
- The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $95,000
