Requirements

  • Guest Service Focused: Deliver an exceptional experience to all guests, communicate and present clearly and warmly, demonstrate extreme empathy to the needs of guests and team alike, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge
  • Physical Stamina: Expected to stand and walk for long periods, occasionally lift more than 25 lbs., bend, climb stairs, and have strong close-distance hand eye coordination and dexterity
  • Team First Mentality: Bring a positive attitude, collaborate effectively with the team, especially during high volume/intensity situations
  • Work Ethic: Thrive in a self-starter fast-paced environment, deliver a white glove experience for guests, be a strong problem solver with good judgement, and learn independently and quickly on the job

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Environment: Initiate and perform daily tasks and projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of stores and prepare experience rooms and equipment for guests
  • Job Mastery: Assist in training new hires at the Guest Experience Guide level
  • Live the Sandbox VR Way: Exceed expectations of guests by promoting culture, mission, and core values
  • Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience: Welcome and guide guests, help with VR gear, ensure a safe and fun experience, and make sure guests leave excited to share their personalized videos, photos, and stories
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Partner with management and support team in other parts of the country to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaboration: Partner with management and other team members for ad hoc projects and operational duties
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of equipment and location exceeds guest expectations
  • Communication: Consistently and effectively identify and communicate store issues, project updates, and ideas with the management team

Benefits

  • $20 - $20 an hour
  • Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on the business’ needs
