Retail Construction Coordinator

Summary

Join REEDS Jewelers as a Construction Coordinator, reporting to the Construction Manager. Manage all store repair and maintenance requests, assisting in fulfilling company construction objectives. Track project statuses and expenses, ensuring timely project completion while exceeding customer expectations. This remote position requires flexibility, including occasional nights and weekends. Requirements

• Proof of valid, clear driver’s license and insurance
• Computer proficient; Microsoft Office, Excel and AS400
• Be organized and able to work as a team associate
• Flexible Schedule – may work odd hours such as nights and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity of both hands 100% of the time
• Vision and hearing necessary to perform required tasks
• Ability to stand, sit, walk and climb

Responsibilities

• Manage all store repair and maintenance requests
• Call/Email stores to troubleshoot and dispatch repair requests
• Complete project closeout and lien wavier process
• Support construction manager in all major construction projects and repair and maintenance initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness and timeliness
• Maintain project and expense status sheets
• Coordinate with tenant representatives and local government officials to ensure timely, efficient and without incident construction objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with internal partners to ensure efficiency
• Perform all special projects as directed by the construction manager
• Conduct business affairs in a legal and ethical manner, building a socially conscious environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in retail construction or repair and maintenance
