Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with new prospective clients to drive business growth
- Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective clientโs organization, including users, directors, managers, and executives
- Develop and present compelling business cases to showcase the value of Fluencyโs implementation for prospective clients
- Maintain a proactive follow-up routine and outreach strategy to generate new business opportunities
- Close new business deals, ensuring successful conversion from prospect to client
- Travel to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events, up to 35%, though typically less
- Maintain an organized pipeline and regularly communicate updates to executives
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams
- Contribute to the development of onboarding guides and best practices to ensure smooth client integration
- Support and drive efforts to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from day one
- Contribute to internal training and education efforts related to the digital marketing landscape and strategies
- Collaborate with Advertising Engineers to ensure a smooth transition from the client sale to the implementation and launch phase
