Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as the Go-To-Market Strategy Lead for their newly developed AI and Data Solutions function. You will spearhead the commercialization strategy for a groundbreaking AI-powered product, defining market segmentation, testing value propositions, developing pricing models, and achieving product-market fit. This 0-to-1 opportunity demands collaboration with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales leadership. The role is full-time and can be performed remotely within the US or from one of Fetch's US offices. You will define and evolve the GTM strategy, identify and size customer segments, lead client discovery efforts, develop pricing frameworks, partner with Product and Marketing teams, and create executive-ready materials. Requirements

  • Former strategy consultant with experience in GTM or growth strategy
  • Operator experience at a startup or fast-moving tech company launching 0→1 products
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and ability to translate technical value into commercial strategy
  • Data-literate; experience using SQL or working closely with analytics teams
  • Strategic and structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity
  • Exceptional communicator who can build alignment across functions and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the GTM strategy for this 0 → 1 product, from alpha through broad commercialization
  • Identify and size high-potential customer segments, personas, and core use cases
  • Lead discovery efforts with prospective clients to validate pain points, messaging, and pricing models
  • Develop and test pricing frameworks, packaging options, and monetization strategy
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on commercial feedback
  • Align with Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and campaign direction
  • Develop strategic dashboards to track GTM progress, conversion funnel, and PMF signals
  • Create executive-ready materials summarizing learnings, pivots, and go-to-market recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or Analytics
  • SaaS Experience
  • Exposure to pricing/packaging design and early-stage customer discovery frameworks
