Requirements

  • Has 4 years of experience in the Account Receivable or Revenue Accounting process, including invoicing
  • Demonstrates substantial revenue accounting knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606 at a highโ€“growth technology company
  • Skilled in NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo, Dealhub, or other similar tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fosters effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Has solid written and spoken English
  • Is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and maintains a positive outlook
  • Is able to work primarily on the US (PST) based hours - up to 12 am EET

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing, collections, and cash application processes
  • Provide expert guidance within AR-related standards and processes to resolve business issues effectively
  • Manage and execute reconciliations and other processes within the AR cycle to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Cash
  • Manage applications to ensure all fully executed agreements are processed and invoiced correctly
  • Collaborate with Dealdesk and the Sales team to improve AR-related workflows, such as vendor onboarding, contract management, and billing processes
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including system evaluations and implementations to enhance AR efficiency; drive these projects to completion
  • Support new business initiatives and product lines by managing AR-related activities and ad hoc projects
