Summary
Join Two Chairs, a company building a new mental health system, as a Sr. Revenue Cycle Associate. You will support the scaling of the company’s revenue cycle management function, working directly with the Director of Revenue Cycle and the RCM team. Your responsibilities include managing claim submission, investigating claim denials, and reporting on key revenue cycle metrics. You will coach and manage the Revenue Cycle Analyst, partner cross-functionally, assist with launching new payer partners, and support implementing a robust Eligibility process. You will also maintain fee schedules, ensure timely filing, address underpayments, and create client records. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of billing, coding, and claims processing, and experience using a clearinghouse. The salary range is $81,000-$109,000.

Responsibilities
- Coach and manage the Revenue Cycle Analyst - for clean claim success rates & denial prevention
- Proven ability to engage, collaborate, and influence outcomes across different pillars of the organization
- Partner cross-functionally to support setup of new RCM platform
- Assist with launching new payer partners
- Support & assist implementing a robust Eligibility process
- Fee schedule maintenance
- Has working knowledge of federal & state compliance guidelines and coding & billing rules to help build and improve the claims process flow and payer payment responses
- Ensure timely filing requirements are met
- Recognize & address Underpayments
- Create and maintain records regarding client E&B details
- Apply correct billing procedures specific to each client’s needs
- Partner with the Data Ops & RCM team on reporting relevant metrics
- Track and status AR data and report on notable trends
- Develop and implement denial management workflows
- Identify and investigate areas of revenue leakage
- Share ideas for billing and claims process improvements
- Reduce denials
- Lead denial management payer projects
- Work cross-functionally to implement billing and claims process improvements that prevent denials upstream
- Improve client billing experience by improving billing and reconciliation workflows
