Requirements
- Experience of dealing with both cash & equity compensation and benefits from within a high growth fintech / technology business
- Strong communication and relationship building skills β this role will have exposure to senior stakeholders
- Resilience to ambiguity β weβre a fast-paced FinTech scale-up, so some comfort with seeking out solutions, driving agendas and a changing environment is ideal
- Experience of working in a global Reward role
- A deep knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel or equivalent including the ability to build complex formulae & create user-friendly data templates
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the reward strategy and associated policies to manage reward and benefits in an equitable and consistent manner globally and in line with business objectives
- Own and project manage key reward initiatives, drawing on resources as appropriate. Specifically the annual reward review
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including: cash compensation, benefits, long and short-term incentive/ bonus arrangements and general reward policy
- Design and develop our global Reward programs. This will include the implementation of programs in new territories; using your experience, knowledge of current Reward trends and critical thinking, youβll guide the proposals to ensure we deliver the right outcome for the business
- Own Reward data: youβll provide high quality data analysis and be able to translate it into a story, making recommendations on next steps. Youβll create cost models and undertake reward reporting, working closely with our People Ops team
- Monitor and evaluate through data the effectiveness of the reward and benefits proposition to improve productivity and colleague attraction, engagement and retention
- Manage βJob Architecture and associated reward dependencies (pay ranges and incentive plans). Youβll work closely with functions across the People team to ensure the Job Architecture framework supports wider People team initiatives
- Support on crafting compensation packages for senior hires, using your knowledge of executive remuneration
- Collaborate with our People Ops team to support our benefit plans globally, including providing local People Business Partners with advice & support, performance-managing vendors, renewing or remarketing existing contracts
- Work closely with our Legal, Compliance and Risk functions to ensure reward frameworks remain compliant
