The base salary range is $83,150 USD - $93,550 USD.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • You are a super-connector, bringing together a taskforce to resolve incidents or potential incidents
  • You will have 3 years+ experience within a Payroll environment
  • You should have excellent project management, organizational skills and relationship building skills
  • Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken
  • Writes and speaks fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and raise potential incidents, risks and anticipated points of resistance
  • Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring a resolution and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns with the relevant stakeholders
  • Investigate cases that are more complex with complete ownership and creativity
  • Build relationships with other stakeholders highlighting the importance of incident impact
  • Consider ways to improve process including automation
  • Proactively flag and seek long-term solutions for outstanding issues and process blockers
  • Own a database of RCAs and recommendations to reduce recurring incidents
  • Work on the change management logs, be up to date and support the changes logged to ensure a positive customer-facing experience
  • Provide period reporting to team members, department Leaders and the wider business on recent trends in Payroll incidents
