Join Xapo Bank's Graduate Programme as a Risk Graduate and support risk management operations. Requirements

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related area
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving potential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets, with a willingness to develop financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn to present findings clearly
• Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space, with a desire to learn about risk management in the financial services industry

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of risk assessment models and tools
• Conduct risk evaluations to understand risk exposures and make recommendations for mitigating risks
• Analyse large sets of data to identify trends and potential risk areas
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate risk analysis findings to senior management
• Support the risk management team in daily operations and special projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages learned through coursework
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, with a willingness to learn from others
• Eagerness to learn and develop new financial skills and knowledge
