Requirements

  • Ability to design and implement Credit, Liquidity and Operational Risk Management frameworks and processes, including RCSAs, risk events, KRIs and stress and scenario testing
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, board directors, and regulators
  • Ability to engage with diverse internal teams and clients
  • Effectively execute tasks on time to meet client and regulatory standards
  • Motivated self-starter adept at solving client issues and internal problems with minimal guidance
  • Ability to tailor recommendations and communication style based upon each client size and complexity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, covering operational, credit and market risk within the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
  • Draft and maintain risk management manuals
  • Draft and maintain business continuity plans as well as testing of these documents
  • Support and guide colleagues and clients regarding risk and other relevant issues
  • Conduct and support execution of risk assessments
  • Identify, log and resolve risk issues for clients
  • Perform monitoring and surveillance of risk issues for clients in your portfolio
  • Produce risk management reports as required in the risk management policy
  • Draft and assist clients with related regulatory enquiries and reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, monitoring tasks and regulatory change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to write reports using clear and concise English language
