Risk Manager

Summary

The job is for a Risk Manager position at IntelliPro, a global talent acquisition and HR solutions company. The role involves data analysis, building monitoring dashboards, coordinating with anti-fraud and payment teams, investigating risk events, conducting feature evaluations, and optimizing the risk management framework. The candidate should have a major in mathematics, physics, statistics, financial engineering, machine learning, or computer science, proficiency in SQL, understanding of data structures and data processing, and at least 5 years of senior experience dealing with OJK audit. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese stakeholders.

Requirements

• Major in mathematics, physics, statistics, financial engineering, machine learning, or computer science preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, understanding of data structures and data processing
• Familiarity with at least one commonly used programming language such as Python, R, C++, etc
• More than 5 years of senior experience, with real experience dealing with OJK audit

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data analysis and evaluation regarding risk management strategy
• Build monitoring dashboard to identify abnormal fluctuations and issue risk warnings
• Coordinate with anti-fraud and payment teams in strategy formulation and evaluation
• Investigate popular risk events, and produce reports
• Conduct feature evaluation and processing of risk management framework based on various risk control scenarios, and optimize the framework

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, with good logical thinking, strong execution and communication skills
