This paid residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a nurse resident, you'll have one-on-one care, weekly pay, flexible scheduling after 6-week training, electronic charting using AlayaCare, paid training and shadowing, award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, short commute times, around-the-clock clinical support by phone, and $1,200 nursing referral bonuses.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one care
• Offer weekly pay
• Provide flexible scheduling after 6-week training program
• Use electronic charting using AlayaCare
• Offer paid training and shadowing
• Provide award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
• Match you with cases near your home for short commute times
• Offer around the clock clinical support by phone
• $1,200 nursing referral bonuses
