Summary

Join NiCE, a global company, as a strong Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to manage on-prem to Azure Cloud onboarding and customer data ingestion automation solutions. The role involves developing and implementing cloud automation workflows, enhancing cloud monitoring and self-healing capabilities, and managing infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security. You will implement custom deployments and data migration to Azure-based NICE Public Safety product suites, design and maintain RPA for customer onboarding, and integrate NICE applications with customer on-prem and cloud-based tools. The position requires strong technical and analytical skills, experience with object-oriented languages and SQL, and proficiency with Linux and Microsoft Server. NiCE offers a hybrid work model (NiCE-FLEX) with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Requirements

  • College degree (preferable) in Computer Science
  • Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of application development using Object oriented languages like Java, C# and advanced data manipulation using SQL
  • Proficient with Linux, Microsoft Server
  • Integration experience with enterprise software
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and timelines
  • Team player – ability to work well in a close team environment
  • Fast learner with ability to educate her/himself on relevant technologies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Implement custom deployments and data migration to Azure based NICE Public Safety product suites
  • Design, Develop and Maintain Robotic Process Automation for customer onboarding/deployment/testing process, leveraging internal and external resources where required
  • Integrate NICE's applications with customers on-prem and cloud-based 3rd party tools and applications to ingest/transform/store/validate data
  • Accurately track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate impact and raise issues as appropriate
  • Work closely with Public Safety Professional Services team, Solution Architects and Engineering teams
  • Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases
  • When required, travel to customer site and conduct work in a professional and organized manner

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in NICE RTS or APA product is a plus
