RPA Engineer

Summary

Join Spreetail, a rapidly growing e-commerce company, as a Business Automation/RPA Engineer. You will support the business through automation and process improvement, leveraging AI implementation, RPA, Power Automate, and other tools. You will create efficient processes, ensure accuracy and sustainability of builds, and identify opportunities for automation. This remote position requires a strong work-from-home setup meeting specific technical requirements. The role involves executing tasks, providing team support, and proposing solutions to leadership. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience working in an ecommerce environment
• Significant experience using Power Platform tools, RPA, and/or other data tools to develop automation and process improvement
• Experience in AI Implementation
• Ability to analyze opportunities within the business for automation or process improvement and build a project plan to deliver results
• This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
• At least 4GB RAM
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
• PC Headset
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

Responsibilities

• Support the business through automation and process improvement, specifically leveraging AI Implementation, RPA, Power Automate, and other related tools
• Support the creation of efficient processes to drive visibility to key operational metrics throughout the business
• Ensure accuracy and sustainability of builds through defined QA processes and documentation
• Execute tasks and provide overall team support in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, division, and department goals
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the business and leverage relationships to propose solutions to leadership
