The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of UiPath development experience, strong OOP knowledge, SQL database experience, and fluent English. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in developing automation solutions with UiPath
  • Good knowledge of OOP and developing RPA applications
  • Experience using various SQL database systems
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and model them as software applications
  • Analyze logs, monitor systems, and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues to identify long-term solutions
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Tailored client focused solutions: Research, assess, and recommend efficient solutions aligned with client needs
  • RPA Expertise: Continuously enhance Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge, leveraging a strong foundation in OOP-based programming
  • Identify Automation Opportunities : Collaborate with in-house business analysts to analyze processes, assess automation potential, and define optimization strategies
  • Automation Records Management : Maintain clear technical documentation and audit trails for automated workflows, ensuring transparency and maintainability
  • Monitor and Maintain Bots : Use Orchestrator and Insights to monitor bot health, ensure uptime, and resolve performance or exception issues proactively
  • Ensure Compliance and Security : Implement secure automations aligned with GDPR and internal banking regulations, using Orchestrator assets and credential management tools
  • Nurture knowledge : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customer support to ensure issues are addressed efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Robotic Process Automation outside of UiPath
  • IT Integration process modeling
  • German knowledge is a plus
