Summary

Join our client, a leading recruitment company, as an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Manager and play a key role in transforming the recruitment experience for their clients. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing recruitment processes and delivering high-quality results aligned with client objectives. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating recruitment strategies, establishing strong partnerships with clients, supervising and mentoring recruitment teams, implementing best practices, utilizing data analytics, overseeing continuous improvement, managing client relationships, and acting as a subject matter expert in recruitment trends and compliance. The position offers potential domestic and international travel to support client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an RPO environment
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and processes successfully
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various client projects and ensure the delivery of exceptional service levels
  • Coordinate and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple sectors
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs
  • Supervise and mentor recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to optimize performance
  • Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the efficiency of the RPO model
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of recruitment processes through regular feedback and evaluation
  • Manage client relationships, ongoing communication, and reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment trends and compliance
  • Potential domestic and international travel to support client engagements
