Requirements

• +4 years of experience in software design and development of applications with Ruby and JavaScript
• Experience creating microservices and APIs
• Strong knowledge and professional experience in software engineering and best practices for the full software development lifecycle (including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations)
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures of high quality
• Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical peers

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and improvements for products and services securely and thoroughly, following company guidelines
• Write detailed technical documentation
• Resolve moderate-complexity technical problems
• Ensure code style, maintainability, and best practices
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers in your team to help them develop technical skills and eliminate obstacles for their autonomy
• Launch with confidence features and improvements of moderate size with minimal guidance and support from other team members
