Rust Developer, Architect

Summary

Join our team as a Rust Blockchain Bot Developer and contribute to the development and maintenance of automated trading bots on EVM blockchains. This full-time remote position requires strong Rust and Solidity programming skills, deep knowledge of EVM, and experience with smart contracts. You will develop, implement, and maintain trading bots, integrate with various APIs, and ensure bot security and performance. Requirements

• Strong programming skills on Rust
• Strong programming skills on Solidity and Yul
• Deep knowledge about how EVM works (Ethereum Virtual Machine)
• Deep knowledge on using development frameworks like Foundry
• Experience with smart contracts and blockchain, specifically in EVM chains
• Knowledge of RESTful and WebSocket APIs for integration
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
• Familiarity with software security concepts and blockchain environments
• Experience using version control tools like Git
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain trading bots on EVM chains
• Create automated scripts to execute buy and sell orders in real-time
• Develop and optimize algorithms to quickly detect and exploit trading opportunities (react on transactions)
• Integrate the bot with various APIs
• Ensure the security and performance of the bot, minimizing risk of losses
• Conduct continuous testing and adjustments to improve the bot’s efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor bot performance and resolve any technical issues that arise
• Document code and developed functionalities
• Collaborate with the development team to align bot operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous knowledge on using REVM
• Deep understanding of async Rust
• Non SQL and SQL databases knowledge
• MEV experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within a startup or fintech company
• Knowledge in data analysis without limited access to libraries (some of them unexisting ones)
