Rust Engineer

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience specifically with Rust
• At least 4-5+ years of overall software engineering experience
• Solid understanding of Rust's core concepts, memory management, and concurrency
• Experience with building and deploying production-grade backend services
• Familiarity with common software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, design patterns)
• Experience with testing methodologies (unit tests, integration tests)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for building high-quality software and a strong interest in sustainability

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Rust
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and systems
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., frontend, AI) to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust and related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Golang, Python, or other backend languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
