Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience configuring SaaS Platforms
- 3 + years supporting collaboration tools
- Strong critical, analytical, and investigative skills; ability to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
- Proven track record to tell stories through data
- Ability to run multiple tasks and people in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Configure, and maintain software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications or platforms associated with the collaboration software
- Perform basic or sophisticated configuration, operations, setup, and updating of SaaS platforms
- Review applications release notes and bring new features' functionality to the team for review
- Maintain support queues and knowledge articles related to supported platforms
- Work with M&A teams on migrations of collaboration tools
- Translate and match collaborator and business requirements to Enterprise platform capabilities. Sets up user accesses and trains users on the application where applicable
- Recommend and implements changes in application development, configuration, maintenance, and system standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in a Data/IT-related field, such as Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, etc., or equivalent work experience
