The role involves quickly and effectively solving customer issues with their web-based software application or escalating them to others in the company. Required qualifications include great phone skills, excellent writing skills, good familiarity with Microsoft Excel, a liking for online software, good troubleshooting skills, and great searching skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in customer support, selling products on Amazon or eBay, and working with e-commerce products like Bigcommerce, Shopify, ShipStation, SKUVault, or other similar software. Skills required include effective time management, excellent communication skills, good listening skills, service orientation, ability to show empathy, ability to work independently, excellent grammar and spelling, and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer issues with the company's web-based software application
• Escalate customer issues to others in the company when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer support experience
• Experience selling products on Amazon or eBay
• Working experience with e-commerce products like Bigcommerce, Shopify, ShipStation, SKUVault or other similar software
• Skills with HTML, CSS and ability to read through JSON or XML files
