Summary

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual, fully remote work environment. Provide customer support via emails and chats, build positive customer relationships, identify and escalate technical issues, and assist customers with product inquiries. You will need native Dutch and English communication skills, at least 6 months of customer support experience, and experience in trading/investments/blockchain. Experience with live chats and CRM systems, along with analytical and research skills, are also required. A personal laptop and stable internet connection are necessary. Requirements

  • Native Dutch and English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must
  • Experience providing support via live chats
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via emails and chats
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
