Safety Event Reviewer

Summary

Join Samsara, a leading provider of Connected Operations™ Cloud, as a Video/Data Labeler and contribute to the digitization of crucial industries. This remote position, open to candidates in Mexico City or Guadalajara, involves reviewing large volumes of videos for accuracy, adding or removing tags as needed. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations by meticulously reviewing and processing over 300 events daily. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
• Organized, professional, able to multi-task, and have high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high volume ticket environments
• Strong understanding of driving and traffic norm
• Driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Review and process 300+ events per day
• Review videos and images that have been tagged by internal systems and audit for accuracy, adding and removing tags as appropriate
• Must be able to quickly identify errors and make necessary corrections
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for events validation
• Work well alone, be highly organized, and be able to multitask effectively
• Work a full time 40 hour/week shift in 5x8 shift format
• May be asked to work an assigned shift that covers after-hours and/or weekends
