The job is for a Sales Admin Assistant/CAMigo at Intelligent Technical Solutions. The role involves providing IT consulting sales support, uncovering new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and developing solutions based on customer's needs. Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following: A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur. Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload. A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings. A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app. HD webcam 2nd Monitor UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply ) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
Responsibilities
- Providing IT consulting sales support to sales representatives in an assigned territory or customer base
- Uncover new client business with existing clients
- Grow existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Leverage relationship with clients from a consultative and solutions-based approach
- Develop and present solutions based on customerβs business requirements
- Ability to understand various ways a solution may be delivered and anticipate what will work best for client
- Analyze client needs and create supporting documentation to outline these needs
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to create tailored client solutions
- Use company CRM and knowledge management tools in order to provide various levels of sales reporting
- Sell IT, phone, and Internet services to existing clients
- Call clients each week
- Coordinate meetings, appointments or other βtouch pointsβ for client engagement
- Create a strategic plan for high-level accounts
