Requirements
- Youโll need to be a people person, with great sales skills
- Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer
- You'll have previous sales experience
- You'll need resilient and to be persuasive
- A 'can doโ attitude and motivated to improve yourself
- Able to meet targets
- Excellent relationship building skills
Responsibilities
- Meet call handling KPIS such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence
- Hitting sales targets such as new customer or retention conversion %
- Going through your outstanding tasks and call backs
- Attend training and upskilling sessions
- Team huddles
