Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment
  • Employees must have the ability to work assigned shifts
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication β€œscripts” when handling different customer enquiries
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
  • Use your language skills to drive revenue and assist in building strong relationships with Renewal by Andersen homeowners
