Summary
Join Unite Us as a Sales and Customer Success Intern to create compelling content showcasing the impact of Unite Us for customers. Requirements
- You have experience or interest in health or social care technology and the impact social care has on health outcomes
- You are able to work proactively and collaboratively
- You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack
Responsibilities
- Leverage your research, writing, critical thinking and project management skills to support our Sales and Customer Success departments in creating a library of compelling customer stories
- You will use a combination of existing artifacts (like press releases and project documentation), along with interviewing project team members and leadership stakeholders to create customer stories that highlight customerβs goals, their programs, and clients they serve, and how partnering with Unite Us has had a positive impact on their program and clients
- Manage the internal documentation, organization, and categorization of content to make these customer stories easy for team members to access, and understand the best way to utilize the information presented
