Requirements

  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing HubSpot or other CRMs
  • Strong ability to execute, guard, and streamline sales processes, implementing best practices to ensure adherence
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with various teams (internal/external) and support administrative tasks
  • Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your performance
  • Experienced in remote work, enjoying a remote-first working culture
  • English C1

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of Appsilon to clients
  • Handle administrative tasks related to documentation, agreements, and required certificates
  • Maintaining the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Work closely with the Sales and Delivery team to ensure that notes, tasks, or properties are included and updated
  • Providing training and support to the Sales and Delivery team on using sales tools and helping onboard new sales team members
  • Ensuring dashboards are accurate and represent a real-time summary of sales metrics
  • Ensuring Appsilon key performance indicators (KPIs) from Hubspot are up-to-date
  • Executing parts of the sales processes and guarding them
  • Analyzing and streamlining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement best practices and ensure the sales team adheres to standardized processes
  • Keeping sales materials and sales directories clean and updated
  • Ensuring the knowledge base has the most recent descriptions of sales processes
  • Provide top-notch research about clients to the Sales and Delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding advanced sales and marketing strategies to contribute to developing and implementing best practices
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to create and update high-quality sales materials, presentations, and knowledge base entries
  • Experience with RFx
