Requirements

• Proven background or experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• A quiet and professional home office setup, including reliable high-speed internet and noise-canceling audio equipment

Responsibilities

• Recruit realtors and brokers to join the team as associates
• Reach out to potential buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
• Generate and nurture leads to contribute to the company’s sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and deals in the CRM system
• Coordinate and follow up on client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assist in strategic planning
• Support additional sales-related tasks as needed
