Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience
  • Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation
  • Welcome customers with generosity and empathy
  • Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience
  • Accompany customers to discover the Sézane universe and products
  • Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online)
  • Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
  • Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
  • Deal with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy customers and build loyalty
  • Know Sézane's CSR policy to respond to customers
  • Guarantee the brand image
  • Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
  • Check the labeling of products on the floor
  • Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
  • Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
  • Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
  • Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
  • Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
  • Collect and respect procedures related to operations
  • Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
  • Ensure proper stock management
