Join Sézane as a Sales Assistant (M/F) for a temporary 21-hour contract from September to the end of December at their pop-up store in Liberty, London. Contribute to the unique customer experience, guarantee the brand image, ensure smooth operations, and be a team player.

Requirements

• Have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, hotel industry, catering, sales, animation... or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations
• Have a sense of service, excellent presentation and strong fashion sense
• Be a team player

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience
• Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy
• Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience
• Accompany customers to discover the Sézane universe and products
• Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online)
• Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
• Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
• Deal with customer complaints and dissatisfaction
• Know Sézane's CSR policy to respond to customers
• Guarantee the brand image
• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Check the labeling of products on the floor
• Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
• Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
• Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
• Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
• Collect and respect procedures related to operations
• Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
• Ensure proper stock management
