Summary

The job is for a Sales Associate in a B2B sales environment where the employee will sell building maintenance solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment
• Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus and excellent communication skills are required
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to generate opportunities for sales
• Use creativity to schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts, and identify competitors' weaknesses and opportunities
