Requirements

  • Work a schedule of Monday-Friday from 11am-8pm EST, plus two weekend days a month
  • Some holidays are also required
  • Adapt through changing needs
  • Have experience in customer-facing, relationship-building sales
  • Be proficient with CRM and other technology tools

Responsibilities

  • Make 100-150 dials (phone calls) per day
  • Discover each individual seller’s motivation and educate them on how Truehold can meet their needs
  • Manage and score a large lead volume in Salesforce CRM
  • Meet or exceed expected benchmarks, including daily and monthly goals and metrics
  • Partner with teams across the business, including Marketing and Real Estate

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in phone sales, Senior Housing, and/or Real Estate
