Summary
Join TechBiz Global as a Sales/Business Development Manager and drive meaningful growth in the cross-border remittance industry. This role demands a proactive and visionary professional to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Europe. You will identify and cultivate partnerships with key financial institutions, generate revenue by acquiring new clients, and expand market share. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem and relevant European regulations. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles within the financial services, fintech, or cross-border payments sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding businesses in Europe
- Strong understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and key players in the target regions
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Europe
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Europe, aligning with organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the regions
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with Banks, PSPs (APIs & EMIs), Fintechs, and other relevant financial institutions who are licensed to offer cross-border payment services
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and mutual growth
- Drive revenue generation by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling products and services
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance objectives for each region
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Strong existing relationships with PSPs (APIs, EMIs), Fintechs & Banks in Europe & UK, preferably in their correspondent network department
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the regions
