Summary

Join our AI sales team in Spain as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and drive the growth of our advanced AI-powered platform, NOA. This role focuses on identifying potential customers in the healthcare sector, generating leads, and qualifying them. You will conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media, research potential clients, and engage with prospects to understand their needs. Collaborate with sales executives, the sales leader, and the operations team to achieve sales goals. This is a full remote position (from Spain) with office access in Barcelona.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a similar sales role within the tech or SaaS industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent Spanish is required
  • Ability to handle challenges, think critically, and find effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our AI solutions and generate interest
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and databases
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads based on our target market criteria

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS business models
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
