Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales development, outbound sales, or a similar role
  • Fluent English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems for lead tracking and data management
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with prospects and convert them into meetings
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets and driven to consistently achieve and exceed goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Take provided lead lists and convert them into meetings by effectively engaging with prospects
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct calls, send email follow-ups, and engage via LinkedIn messaging to connect with potential clients
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline by tracking and following up on leads through HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed goals, with a target of booking 20 meetings per week
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and handoff of qualified leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent Meeting Bookings: Book 20 meetings per week by converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments
  • Effective Lead Tracking: Accurately manage and track all lead interactions in HubSpot, ensuring proper follow-up and data management
