Summary
Join our team as a Sales Director and lead our sales operations to new heights. This remote, flexible-hours position requires a strategic and results-driven individual to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. You will lead and mentor a sales team, optimizing sales processes and fostering a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B sales experience, proven leadership skills, and expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline management. Success in this role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or senior sales leadership role
- Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and implement performance-driven sales strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Expand client acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Oversee pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to refine sales tactics
- Build, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement
- Establish and track KPIs and sales targets to measure success
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous professional development for the team
- Foster a data-driven sales culture, ensuring strategic decision-making based on analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals
- Optimize and streamline internal sales processes for efficiency and scalability
- Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and sales pipeline optimization
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing service delivery
