  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: SOAP and/or Restful API
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: JavaScript
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: XML
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: JSON
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: CSS and HTML
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: SFTP and other file exchange protocols
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: Single Sign On protocols (SAML, OAuth)
  • Working knowledge and proficiency working with: Encryption fundamentals
  • Experience with code documentation (i.e. sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, ability to create sample files)
  • Experience and knowledge of the combination of frontend, middleware and backend solution architecture

Responsibilities

  • Consult B2B customers on technical and functional aspects of our product
  • Articulate and demonstrate FORM products and value statements at a detailed level
  • Build functional PoCs to demonstrate relevant product functionality and applicability of the form.com product against the customer use case.ย  Many versions of the PoC may be built to accommodate the depth of project scope development
  • Creating/coordination of creating any other supporting material for demos/meetings (presentations, videos, proposals, solution architecture diagrams, etc.)
  • Analyze, translate, and document business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that achieve the desired business objectives
  • Lead and/or support pre-sales requirements gathering, demos, and consultation both virtually and on-site at our customersโ€™ premises
  • Collaborate with Sales Execs, Account Managers, and Project Managers to ensure effective project knowledge transfer on each stage of client onboarding
  • Coordinate technical and other resources as appropriate to nurture deal through sales process and assist in quote, proposal, RFI response, and other documentation
  • Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and solutions to solve current and future business and technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales/pre-sales support role with SaaS solutions in the B2B environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
