Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial construction, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven experience in building relationships and securing specifications in commercial projects
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Meet with contractors, architects, and engineers to educate them on our solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with specifiers and project managers to secure product specifications in commercial projects
  • Provide expert guidance and support tailored to clients' technical needs
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead educational sessions, webinars, and training programs on product applications and best practices
