Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role - i.e. customer support or account management
- Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
- QKA or similar industry designation required
- Passionate about serving clients
- Strong organizational skills; you are able to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
- Communicate with confidence, professionalism and empathy over the phone and through email
- Remain composed in high-stress situations and convey empathy for our customers and their situation
- Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing
Responsibilities
- Review pricing information from other costly 401(k) providers in order to provide a competitive comparison for new business
- Track product request and develop input to contribute to the increasing technology service that Human interest provides to clients
- Provide educational and insights on various Revenue team meetings
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales team and implementation team inquiries, over the phone and through email
- Work with Manager to review process and procedures to optimize team performance
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to answer client inquiries on plan design and product support
- Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage and sometimes ongoing
- Identify common issues and trends, driving process improvements to solve them permanently
- Service a geographically diverse client base
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced growth environment
- Located in Pacific time zone
