In this role, the intern will support the sales team, manage negotiations, respond to customer inquiries, and draft rental agreements.

Requirements

• Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales or Business
• Enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
• You are a multi-talented individual with a passion for utilizing your dexterity skills
• Thrive on responsibility and navigate stressful peak periods with ease
• Fluent in English and Spanish – Know any other languages?
• Hard working, responsible and a ‘let’s do this!’ mentality
• You are good at processes, and you know how to improve them
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn enthusiastically

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the sales team with day to day tasks
• Responsible for the sales cycle from lead reception to closing the deal
• Converting leads into customers
• Managing negotiations with prospective clients
• Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations
• Understand the needs of our potential customers and provide them with the best solution
• Provide personalised support to our customers throughout the booking
• Maintain clear, transparent and personalised communication with clients and potential clients
• Draft rental agreement contracts
• Provide administrative assistance and support to the whole Demand team
