Requirements

  • 2+ years experience first-line managing high-performing sales teams
  • 5+ years of sales quota carrying experience
  • Proven ability to consistently hit target as the leader of a sales team
  • Integral part of at least one great business success story
  • Strong background in selling B2B software-led products
  • Experience closing deals as an individual contributor and manager
  • Experience selling to SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise customers

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing sales team
  • Sell software-led products to SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise customers
  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish
  • Build strong relationships and negotiate to a close
  • Support and motivate your sales team using empathy and competition
  • Diagnose problems and change your approach when necessary
  • Track market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity
  • Continuously improve the sales experience for customers
  • Articulate and leverage the Hofy value proposition
  • Positively display passion for Hofy’s product and mission
  • Support team members with critical deals by reflecting, coaching and strategising
  • Accurately forecast sales results
  • Collaborate across the company and build strong relationships
