Summary

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales support, CRM administration, or related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise with HubSpot CRM and sales tools
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead nurturing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for prospect interactions
  • Proactive approach with ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Experience with implementing and optimizing sales scripts and sequences
  • Sales-oriented mindset with understanding of conversion principles
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and sales activities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM β€” from contact hygiene to automated workflows
  • Build, test, and optimize lead nurturing sequences that keep prospects engaged
  • Implement scripts and sequences that improve follow-up and conversions
  • Keep conversations warm by owning consistent communication with leads and prospects
  • Schedule calls and meetings on behalf of the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Send post-event or post-meeting follow-ups that turn connections into pipeline
  • Track opportunities across the sales funnel and make sure no deal is left behind
  • Support the sales team in pushing deals forward with the right messaging, timing, and touchpoints
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated and aligned with pipeline progress
  • Provide operational support that keeps the sales engine running smoothly
  • Maintain up-to-date scripts, resources, and documentation for reps
  • Assist in reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked in a sales operations or CRM management role
  • Managed pipelines, sequences, or customer journeys in HubSpot (or similar)
  • Provided sales support for busy reps or founders
  • Written or improved sales scripts and follow-up flows
  • Built systems that help teams move faster and close smarter
