Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Sales Operations Specialist in Madrid, Spain. Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses)
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel
  • Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership)
  • Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations)
  • Problem Solving skills
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles

Responsibilities

  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning
  • Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement and sales incentive design
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve seller productivity
  • Build and present reports to senior sales leadership
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support)

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM it's a plus
